Founded since 2012, the Chaktomuk Short Film Festival (CSFF) celebrates the power of storytelling through short films with your creativity and no theme restriction. Since 2018, CSFF has been organized by Sunflower Film Alliance, a youth collective under Sunflower Film Organization. 
Now in its 14th edition, the festival returns this October 30th to November 2nd, 2026, with over 50 films and aims to attract more than 2,000 visitors in both Phnom Pen capital and some provinces in Cambodia. 
Join us in supporting emerging filmmakers who express their latent audiovisual talent to the world and conversing with our filmmakers for better global, cultural perspectives.
